Obstacles and distances created for each age category as follows
Ages 4-7 only one kilometre and upto 20 obstacles
Ages 8-10 two kilometres and upto 24 obstacles
Ages 11-13 four kilometres and upto 24 obstacles
Kids can do it alone or with a team. We permit one parent or guardian to run alongside their littles. Any obstacle they cannot do they can go around them. Safety first.
Medals are only handed at the finish line. Meaning your little one MUST cross the finish line to earn a medal. No participation medals available.
