Meet the creator, Zula, and how her storytelling of your connection between Nature and the Cosmos is woven through the jewelry pieces. She says, “Think of a rocky, desert-like landscape... you’re hiking while contemplating life and humanities&perseverance in harsh conditions that this environment presents. Soon, you see something in the sand. You pick it up and are struck by wonder. The object is made of metal, and looking at it, you’re unsure if it from this land or extraterrestrial. It has unusual triangular shapes, is it jewelry or some kind of technology. Is it from a civilization of the past... or maybe from the future...”
About ZULA
ZULA is an art jeweller and activator who combines organic casting with precious metals, stones and acrylic. Her pieces and activations are designed to deepen your connection to the Earth, the Cosmos and your truest Self. A true craftsperson, each piece has crossed Zula’s hand, and is marked by it. She works out of her Coast Salish Territory studio located in Vancouver, Canada. Her work stems from her reverence of the natural world and connecting to the wisdom that it holds. Each collection varies in style, yet they all hold the throughline of connecting to the depth of wisdom you hold within you.
