? Layssa Valentina is a Brazilian Zouk expert and she has been in the scene for the last 15 years sharing her passion around the globe. Her bright smile and energy will infatuate you with joy and her love for movement will inspire you to elevate your dance. She created her own method called Soul Flow where she combines Brazilian Zouk & Mindfulness practices in one bowl of goodness that will make you ask for more.
? Zouk Soul Flow is an intimate retreat series. It will make you remember your journey back home to the center of who you are in dance and in life. We will find the joy of movements through music and momentum, breathe and balance, strength and release, and through working organically with creative exercises to unlock your body, your spirit and your soul.

This 3-day journey includes:
Friday
* 1pm to 2:30pm: Workshop 1
* 2:30pm to 3pm: Tea break
* 3pm to 4:30pm: Workshop 2
* 5pm to 6pm: Grounding meditation and sunset dance
* Welcome dinner (optional)
Saturday
* 9am to 10am: Mind, Body and Heart
* 10am tea break
* 10:30am to 12pm Workshop 3
* 12pm to 3pm Happy Hour Party
* 4pm to 6pm Workshop 4
* 6pm to 7pm Social Dance
Sunday
* 9am to 10am: Mind, Body and Heart
* 10am tea break
* 10:30am to 12pm Workshop 5
* 12pm to 2pm Happy Hour Party
* Farewell lunch optional

- Socks
- Yoga mat
- Water Bottle
? All exercises and new concepts were designed for Zouk dancers but inclusive for all kind of dancers and movers
? Maximum 20 people as this is an intimate retreat, and will enable more expedient learning and deeper connection
