The Zonta Club of Rockhampton Inc will hold its annual IWD breakfast event at the ROCKHAMPTON LEAGUES CLUB on Friday 7 March to celebrate women's achievements in the Central Queensland community and to raise awareness of our mission to "build a better world for women and girls". Our guest speaker, Angie Zahra - General Manager Central Generation at Stanwell Corporation, is a highly accomplished woman whose career began as a Chemical Technician at Stanwell Power Station.
The breakfast program will include the presentation of our Young Women in Leadership Award and Living Treasure Award.
Raffles will be conducted with the proceeds supporting the club's educational awards and projects that support women in need in the community.
