This March, I’m so honoured to be representing Roaming Zen and The b. class™️ Australia at the Zonta Club of The Fleurieu Peninsula Women’s Expo 2026, a FREE community event celebrating women, connection and wellbeing.
As part of the day, I’ll be offering a FREE 30-minute The b. class™️ dance class, and I would absolutely love for you to come and move with me.
The b. class™️ is a music-led, dance-inspired movement class. It blends simple choreography, strength, flow and stillness, guided by feeling rather than performance. You don’t need dance experience. You don’t need fitness confidence. You just need a willingness to move in a way that feels good in your body.
Why am I bringing this work to the Expo?
Because I believe movement can be deeply healing when it’s inclusive, supportive and led with heart. The b. class™️ creates space to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with joy, and feel part of something, rather than striving to keep up.
This collaboration with the Zonta Club of the Fleurieu Peninsula is especially meaningful to me. Across Australia, Zonta clubs advocate for women’s safety, dignity and choice, including vital work supporting women impacted by domestic violence. This aligns deeply with the intention behind The b. class™️ and the broader Roaming Zen mission as I take this work into communities around the country.
At its heart, The b. class™️ is about creating spaces where women feel safe in their bodies, supported in community, and reminded of their strength. When movement is offered with care, music and presence, it becomes more than a class. It becomes a place to exhale, reconnect, and begin again. Partnering with organisations like Zonta feels like a natural extension of this work, supporting women not only through movement, but through shared values that centre safety, connection and wellbeing.
This isn’t about getting it right.
It’s about feeling free, grounded and connected.
