Zombie Horde Halloween Pub Crawl New Orleans 2025

On Saturday, November 1st, 2025, the undead rise in New Orleans. The Zombie Horde Pub Crawl takes you through 4+ pubs and bars, each with their own specials and Halloween themes. Walk with the horde, grab exclusive drinks, and end the night at the ultimate zombie party.

🔑 Check-In | 7:30–10:30 PM – Pick up your wristband at the opening pub.

🍺 Crawl Time | 8:30–11:30 PM – Move between bars at your own pace.

🎉 Final Party | 11:30 PM–2 AM – Gather at the last venue for the closing zombie party.

🎟 Tickets start at $15 (Early Bird). Prices increase closer to Halloween.

🧛 Costumes encouraged — whether you’re a fresh zombie, survivor, or something in between, you’ll fit right in.

21+ Event / Valid ID Required

• Arrive on Time: Wristbands must be collected at the designated check-in venue by 10:30 PM. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated — no wristband, no entry.
  
• Send a Friend: If you can’t make check-in, you may authorize a friend to pick up your wristband so you don’t miss out.
  
• Know the Schedule: Each venue’s times are listed in the Digital Crawl Map. Drink specials and crawl access are only valid during the hours posted.
  
• Stay Informed: Always review the link on the morning of the event for the latest updates and any last-minute changes.

Age Requirement

All participants must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID. Entry will not be granted without ID.

Wristbands

A wristband is required for entry at all participating venues. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive it. Wristbands must remain visible throughout the night. If you fail to pick up your wristband during the scheduled window, no replacement will be provided.

Tickets & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. If the event is canceled in full, your ticket (minus fees) will be automatically refunded. Venues, times, and drink specials may be modified without notice.

Venue Rules

Each venue reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests for intoxication, capacity limits, inappropriate dress, or disruptive conduct. No refunds will be issued if entry is refused for these reasons.

Capacity & Timing

Some stops may reach capacity during the event. Admission is first-come, first-served, and your ticket does not guarantee immediate access to any specific location. Late arrivals may face delays in entry.

Self-Guided Experience

This is a self-led crawl — no host will escort groups between venues. Use the Digital Crawl Map to navigate. If staff at a venue are not aware of the crawl, contact the rep listed on the map and proceed to another participating venue if needed.

Drink Specials

Promotions are determined by each venue and may change or end without advance notice.

Security & Dress Code

All venues conduct their own security screening. Wristbands do not bypass these checks. Costumes must not include weapons (real or replica) or offensive themes. Violations may result in denied entry without refund.

Behavior Expectations

Respect venue staff, security, and fellow attendees. Aggressive or damaging behavior may result in removal without a refund.

Liability Notice

By purchasing a ticket and attending, you voluntarily accept all risks related to participation, including alcohol consumption, injury, illness, property loss, or incidents caused by other attendees. You waive any claims against the organizers, affiliates, staff, and participating venues. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless these parties from any expenses or claims resulting from your actions.
