ZOMBIEFEST returns from the grave for its 10th anniversary on Memorial Day Weekend!On May 23-26, Exhumed Films and the Mahoning Drive-In Theater are celebrating ten years of living dead mayhem on the giant drive-in screen with ZOMBIEFEST X!
In 2014, the Mahoning Drive-In went full retro with the help of Exhumed Films, and this undead spectacular was our first big event!
For this year’s program we can’t think of a better way to commemorate a decade of walking dead terror on the giant drive-in screen than with a tribute to the man responsible for the modern zombie horror film, George A. Romero!
Join us for four nights of flesh eating fright featuring all six of Romero’s living dead films, plus CREEPSHOW, TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE: THE MOVIE and the remakes of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD and DAWN OF THE DEAD — all on 35mm!
Plus, on Friday and Saturday night, we’re very excited to announce actor Ken Foree, star of DAWN OF THE DEAD, FROM BEYOND and LEATHERFACE will be in attendance meeting fans and signing autographs!
As usual we will have limited edition event merch available, awesome photo ops, themed snack bar treats, live DJs, mega raffles each night, and a huge assortment of the latest horror Blu-rays and more for sale!
