About this Event
Join us for a One-Page Zine Workshop at Locust Street Art! A zine (pronounced zeen), is a self-published, print or digital work that is usually produced in small batches. We'll learn how to make a one-page zine and have coloring/drawing/collage materials to bring your ideas to life! We will discuss the history of zines, learn how to fold a one-page zine, and spend time creating our own to take home. Bring your creative thinking cap!
Supplies - We'll provide all supplies! If you have your own collage materials or drawing/writing utensils you want to bring, you can.
Cost - $20
Location - 138 Locust st. Buffalo NY
Suggested age - 16 and up
Accesibility - Locust Street Art is located in a historic building with about nine steps to get into the building and the class is on the second floor. We are currently fundraising to make our building more accesible. Limited free parking is available on the street.
