Zine Making Holiday Workshop (Ages 8-12)
Date: Wednesday 19th August
Time: 11am-3pm
Cost: £12 p/p
Taking our inspiration from the medieval 'Grotesque Ripon Demon', and the collection of grotesques filling the crypt area of the Sir John Soane Museum, we will work together to make unique zines (mini themed magazines) on the theme of monster hunters. The workshop will include a tour of the museum, collage, drawing, craft, story telling, creative writing, music and dance/movement.
Participants will be expected to attend on their own, and must be of the stated age to take part.
The workshop will include a visit to the exhibition and a lunch break, and will take place in the Art Room in the basement of no. 14.
