is a Caribbean Band created in Kansas City, Missouri , in 2007 by Luc-Onel Apollon. Zikap plays essentially Caribbean music genre like kompa, zouk, kizomba, merengue, bachata and more. The decision of putting this band together came after living in Kansas City for a while and there was nowhere you can go to enjoy some good Caribbean music beside the reggae or the salsa. Since then, we have performed at many fund raiser events, like the one organized by the First Lutheran Church of Kansas City. "Heart to Heart to Haiti" featured jazz saxophonist BOBBY WATSON, One love DRH organized by Shane Evans at the dream studio featured Zikap and A-Z One,a reggae band.
