In this class, participants will learn the basics of shrub-making, including selecting fruits, balancing flavors, and understanding the transformative role of vinegar. Each guest will receive both a welcome and closing mocktail, customize the flavor profile of their own shrub to finish at home, and take home a ready-made shrub to enjoy.
