Gather with friends at the warm and inviting Eclipse House to experience the first drinks on our new menu.
This event is an intimate soft launch with a set menu of four full-pour drinks for each guest. Tasting cards will be provided so you can share feedback and help guide our menu development. Only thirty tickets will be sold to ensure we can spend the proper amount of time making each cocktail while we hone in on our process and practices as a new bar.
We love our community! Proceeds from the event will be donated to our neighbors at Salt Lake Harm Reduction Project, and we're excited to include a cocktail featuring Sensei from our neighborhood juicery, Vive.
About Eighteen Thirty-Three
We're driven by innovation, not imitation. Our zero-proof craft cocktails are not designed to be analogs of anything you’ve had before. The drinks we mix are explicitly intended to enchant, incite, and inspire.
We are not moral crusaders. We are not neo-prohibitionists. You will not be judged if you happen to enjoy proof-positive drinks somewhere else. You just can’t get that here.
The drinks on our menu are stories we enjoy telling again and again. But, in your hands, they are the starting place for new contemplations and fresh conversations.
