We as multi-dimensional beings, are able to connect with beings in other dimensions who too can align to vibrate in a space where we can all connect. These beings of greater expansion, knowledge and wisdom are just as curious to form relationships with us as we are with them. They are here to help us have fuller, greater, happier, healthier lives of less stress and more joy.
Through this 3-class series, learn about various spirit guides and connect with them. We’ll be connecting with Ascended Masters, Star Brings, Animal Spirit Guides, Ancestral Guides, Angelic Guides and more.
Also this class series debuts the first of its kind, ZERO GRAVITY MEDITATIONS. Experience guided meditations in the support of zero gravity chairs. Reap the added benefits such as: relieve pressure, strain and stress, alleviate spinal compression by distributing the weight of the body evenly through all pressure points, enhances circulation there by aiding oxygen to get though your whole body. Zero Gravity will assist you in deepening your meditation experience.
Each 1.5-hour class will include the following components:
- Qigong (gentle body movements opening energetic path flows).
- Theory around class focus.
- Guided Meditation in Zero Gravity Chairs.
- Experience specialized frequency music per class focus.
Class series open to all levels. Beginners are welcome. Space is limited.
