💥 NEW CYCLE ALERT 💥 We are coming to an end of a pretty exciting cycle of training based on the "Omni Contraction Training" protocol.
This was a... different... style of training than most people had ever done, but we all made some pretty awesome progress!!
Next cycle, starting 9/30, will be a change in direction focusing on "Work Capacity". We'll close out the year here and make some better humans in the process.
