About this Event
📌 Ages: Adults
WBPL Membership is required.
In partnership with the Town of Wasaga Beach, WBPL is inviting residents to help bring a new community art project to life!
The Wasaga Beach Community Mural Project is nearing the end of its collaborative art-creation phase, and this is the final workshop to be held at the Library.
Join artist and Certified Zentangle® Instructor Chari-Lynn for a calming, creative session where you’ll learn several zen-inspired, meditative doodle patterns. Using markers (no paint), you’ll create your own unique art tile.
Each completed tile will be scanned and included in a large-scale mural that will depict the iconic Wasaga Beach shoreline. The finished piece—featuring 1,176 individual tiles—will be installed along the back wall of the walking track at the Wasaga Stars Arena in 2026, becoming a striking and lasting piece of public art.
Please dress comfortably—creativity can get a little messy!
