Join us Saturday, October 5th for a healing mini-retreat of yoga & sound healing in at Eagle Lake Park in Largo, FL to connect with like-minded individuals, ground in nature, & rejuvenate your spirit!Our ZenHIKE Mini-Retreat includes trail walking and flowing in nature with Salena and Jenny as your guides!
Flow of the Mini-Retreat: (rough outline)
9am - Meet at pavilion at Eagle Lake Park (exact meeting point will be emailed to you)
9:05am- GUIDED HIKE & NATURE WALK- get to know other participants, while stopping along the way to watch wildlife such as the beautiful birds, plus take time for nature bathing/ a few minutes of barefoot grounding to recharge and reconnect with the earth.
YOGA Stretch Stop at a picturesque spot
10:10am- SOUND BATH & YOGA ON THE MAT- Arrive at our final destination for a Sound Healing & Relaxing Yoga session to fully disconnect into the rhythm of crystal bowls and drums, melting into a state of pure tranquility
11:45am- LUNCH - wander over to our ZEN picnic where we will have plant-based vegan lunch & water refills.
Mingle with friends during lunch & do a "ZEN CRAFT" with us afterwards.
*Retreat Ends but you will leave with a ton of memories, a relaxing state of being, and maybe even some new friends!
Tickets are $60 and cover the entire experience, including a yoga mat, plus yoga by Jenny, a live sound healing by Salena, vegan lunch, and a cool lavender eye pillow to help relax post-yoga.
This event is held in Eagle Lake Park 1800 Keene Rd in Largo, FL.
Less than 30 min easy drive from Downtown St. Pete.
