The changing of seasons is the perfect time to release the old and step into new beginnings. This Spring Awakening experience blends Yin Yoga and a Sound Bath to help you refresh your energy, cultivate growth, and ground into the present moment.
Yin Yoga
Led by Andrena, this gentle, meditative practice uses long-held poses to open energy pathways, release tension, and create space for renewal. As we move into spring, Yin Yoga helps us shed stagnation and welcome fresh energy.
Sound Bath
Guided by Marilynn, immerse yourself in a harmonizing soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, and a gong designed to clear energetic blockages and align you with the flow of the new season. Let the vibrations guide you into a deep state of relaxation and renewal.
What to Bring:
