This active yet gently challenging retreat invites you to slow down and turn inward through a nourishing blend of silent meditation, mindful movement, and meaningful opportunities for social connection and sharing. We’ll spend the morning practicing breathwork and mindful movement at PZC’s retreat center on the hill. After a healthful vegetarian lunch, we’ll head outdoors for hiking and nature bathing on nearby trails. The day will end with social time and group reflection.
