🌿✨ Zen Gardens: Art Therapy Workshop ✨🌿Join us at Pura Vida Wellness Studio for a peaceful and creative art therapy experience, designed by Licensed Professional Counselor & Certified Art Therapist, Kayt Harden, owner of Create With Kayt! 🖌️🌱 Together, we'll access creative flow to clear our minds and find relaxation through the art of creating your very own Zen gardens.
Rooted in ancient Japan, Zen gardens are symbols of simplicity and serenity, promoting calm and mindfulness. 🌸✨ These gardens are known to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, enhance focus, and soothe both the mind and body.
In this workshop, you'll be provided with a variety of materials—sand, rocks, small trinkets, collage materials (and more!)—to build your personalized miniature garden. 🪴🌾
