Location: Saratoga Springs Marina at the south pavilion (right of the marina entrance)
Bring your own:
• Water to stay hydrated in the summer heat
• Sun screen/protection
• (Optional) Yoga mats/blankets and meditation equipment (whatever that is for you)
• (Optional) Food
The event is being held at a well shaded pavilion with several picnic tables on the right (south) side of the marina entrance. There is parking on the east side of the pavilion with pathways going uphill to the pavilion on each end. You will see a rock barrier with many bushes between the parking and the pavilion. It stays fairly cool at the pavilion for the most part, especially when there is a breeze.
You are welcome to relax in the grass. Sit or lay in it directly or bring a yoga mat/blanket to be on, all depending on your personal preference. There is only one tree that provides a small bit of shade. I have a 10x10 canopy just in case more shade in the grass is needed.
If you bring food, please make sure to leave the area better than when you arrived. There are trash cans in the pavilion area to throw your trash away.
Saratoga Springs Marina has bathrooms with running water.
If I am available (as the host) and weather is permitting, the event will take place.
