This journey you're on is hard. Really hard. And between your daily life and your "fertility life" it can sometimes feel like you've got no time to do anything for yourself, even when you know that's what you need the very most.
Give yourself the break you've been craving, and join us for Zen AF: Fertility Edition. We'll meet in the cozy (and pretty magical) Sacred Sloth Treehouse for an hour of gentle, restorative yoga and fertility-focused guided meditation.
If journaling is your jam, feel free to hang out with us in the treehouse afterward to jot some thoughts in your journal, or explore the prompts we'll have ready.

About the Organizers:
Erin Corpuz is a certified yoga and Reiki practitioner. She is the owner of The Sacred Sloth, and runs classes out of her house, aka The Treehouse.
Becky Ackerman is a fertility coach with certifications as a hypnosis practitioner, stress management coach, and personal trainer. She is the owner of Lily & Bee Fertility.
