Without a doubt, France wrote the book on wine, and gave the world the gift of modern winemaking as we know it. We’ll taste through textbook wines from the most famous appellations, and crack the code on would-be confusing French wine labels. A votre santé!

· Please eat prior—we’ll taste through 6-7 wines in the class
