This includes teaching, performance techniques, and providing paid performance opportunities and partnerships with local musicians and children. Her CIC ‘Zambezi Sounds’ helps raise awareness in UK about life and arts in Southern Africa. Godfrey is a professional Zulu musician and dancer from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The pair have been enjoying making music together for over 20 years! Expect a highly original lively mix of their own music inspired by Zim and Zam, plus some traditional songs and a few Southern African popular songs. Vocals, drums, percussion, guitar and dance.
The Zambezi river and Victoria Falls border and cross Zimbabwe and Zambia interlinking the 2 countries. It is very special part of the world. Join us to raise some money for Ali’s work back in Livingstone where she will be returning before the new year!
