We'll start with snacks and introduce the class structure, where you can choose to read the monthly book selection or stick with your own reading material. Whether you love reading or not, the powerful insights shared in our conversations will be worthwhile, and you're always welcome to simply listen.We'll take a 5-minute silent reflection to gather insights, followed by a turn-based sharing session focused on three key questions:
How did the reading make you feel, and why do you think that is?
Can you share a moment in your life where one of these ideas or situations resonated or applied?
How could you apply this insight moving forward, or has it shifted your perspective in any way?
We’ll close with feedback to improve future sessions. This is a space to connect, reflect, and grow together. (I invite you to jot down a few interesting thoughts before coming in!)
