About this Event
A 4-part recovery series for Black men (ages 20–40) who’ve used, slipped, survived, or are still trying to bounce back. This space isn’t about judgment. It’s not about perfection. It’s about truth, healing, and legacy.
We’re breaking down:
- Why we use
- What pulls us back
- Loyalty that keeps us stuck
- And what it means to build a legacy, not just survive the week

Agenda
Session 1: Why We Use
Info: A real conversation about pain, pressure, and the reasons we reach for relief. We’ll unpack the emotional and cultural weight behind our coping habits—without judgment.
Session 2: What Pulls Us Back
Info: Before the relapse, there’s a trigger. In this session, we’ll explore the people, places, and patterns that lead us back—and how to break the cycle.
Session 3: Loyalty That Keeps Us Stuck
Info: Let’s talk family, friends, and “day ones.” When support gets toxic or love turns into guilt, how do you move forward? This session is all about untangling the ties that hold us down.
Session 4: The Bigger Picture
Info: It’s about more than sobriety. It’s about identity, legacy, and building a life you actually want to protect. This final session brings it all together—and helps you write your own comeback plan.
