Uruguayan born Fernando Zapico aka [email protected] has been making a name for himself through a string of releases on respected labels such as Cartulis Music, Melliflow, and DJ Masda’s Cabaret Recordings among others. He is at the forefront of Uruguay’s world class house scene and is a lifelong resident of Phonotheque, Uruguay’s and arguably South America’s most respected underground nightclub.
[email protected] will be joined by French DJ and Discobar label owner Lamache. The Toulouse native moved to London, a melting pot for the arts, after having studied sound engineering and electronic music culture in Paris. During his time in London, Lamache found himself as part of the respected Toi Toi Musik collective’s label and parties. Today, the Discobar label boss finds himself in Berlin continuing to develop his signature sound and the vision he has for his label through showcases across Europe.
In our Green Room, Mizz Softee presents: Henry Chow, Samuel Fish, and Ray Zuniga. The Texas born, Brooklyn based, Henry Chow will serve up house and techno. Henry is one of the pioneers of the electronic music scene as he curated international lineups under his Crossroads brand. Outer Orbit boss Samuel Fish will focus on the deeper sides of house and techno along with pushing the boundaries of disco and dub. Through his event series, he has hosted Convextion, DJ Qu, Tim Sweeney, Brother Nebula, Taimur, among other local artists at the forefront of NY’s music scene. They will both be joined by Touch of Class Records boss and one half of duo Signal Flow, Ray Zuniga. As a DJ and producer, Ray has played massive NY events such as Cityfox, ReSolute, BlkMarket, Member’s Only and continues to curate his own Touch of Class label showcases worldwide. From blurring the lines between house and techno to selecting the finest of electronica and disco, it is no secret why he was a resident of Output for four years.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
With strong connections to a special music scene in Uruguay, he has been an essential product of electronic music in the country for over a decade alongside the likes of DJ Koolt, Nicolas Lutz, Melina Serser or Omar to name a few.
Growing up in Uruguay’s capital Montevideo, [email protected] is nowadays a fundamental member and lifelong resident at what is now one of South America’s most respected underground nightclubs - Phonotheque.
The sound of [email protected] (either as producing or djing) is best described as a blend of house techno and breaks. However, he says “As a DJ I do not like going only one way in my sets. I think if you play the right stuff in the right way, then you can make a mix of everything, with it all still making sense.
Originally from Toulouse, Lamache’s career started at a young age within the industry. Inspired by artists who, back then, and still today keep the underground electronic music scene thriving, he has quickly progressed amongst the ranks proving himself as a talented and versatile DJ.
Moving first to Paris to study electronic music culture and sound engineering, the exposure to a wealth of new and unique sounds and environments led him to make the natural migration to London, the melting pot of music, artists and culture.
Formerly a member of Toi Toi Musik collective, an established and admired party and label amongst music heavy weights that is based in London, his newest project has led him to Berlin where his focus remains on growing his potential in the studio and concentrating on developing his label ; Discobar.
Two years young the record label has gone from strength to strength successfully hosting showcases across Europe as well as representing a talented group of artists from Odd Soul, The Mole, Toba, Ark, Zendid, Alex & Digby and Robin Ordell...
The Texas born and raised, now Brooklyn based, Henry Chow's musical journey has long-lasted over the span of 24 years. An avid vinyl collector, Chow pushes timeless House and Techno to the forefront. His taste as a talent buyer, curator, promoter under the Crossroads brand hosted one of Texas’ longest running dance parties, bringing to town some of the best talent from around the world. Chow’s experience as a DJ has also earned him international gigs and many across the US at venues such as The End Up (SF), Good Room (NY), Flash (DC), to name a few. Production wise, Chow landed his first EP on Marco Carola’s seminal Zenit imprint back in 2003. Along the way came original music and remixes released on labels such as Thoughtless Music, Harmonious Discord, G-Force, and Abiotic. Constantly reuniting new and classic sounds, Henry’s music keeps dance floors captivated and moved all night long.
Samuel Fish is the mind behind Outer Orbit, an outward-bound event series focusing on deeper sounds from the house and techno spectrum leaning into disco and dub. They have previously hosted Convextion, DJ Qu, Tim Sweeney, Brother Nebula, Taimur, and numerous of New York's more esoteric locals. He also hosts Out of Orbit, a monthly radio show on San Francisco’s SutroFM.
Ray Zuniga – label owner, producer, record selector, and gentleman of the LIVING night. A Dj who refuses to be restricted by genre, Zuniga’s music brings you the full spectrum. His sets range from the finest house and techno, to electronica and disco. The result is heard in the artist’s stylistically diverse and consistent DJ sets.
Co-owner of internationally acclaimed, Touch of Class Records, and one half of duo Signal Flow, Ray has had the opportunity to establish a strong and growing global network through his music. Earning enthusiastic support from international media including Resident Advisor, Mixmag, Thump, Dj Mag, XLR8R, Pulse Radio, plus more. Most recently, Ray Zuniga, has made his stamp on the New York City music scene, quickly rising in the underground world, regarded as highly by his peers as he is by his global base of musically educated fans. His range and depth in music selection are what sets him apart in both his production and DJ sets. With a musical presence already established in Berlin, Southeast Asia, Mexico and the West Coast, Zuniga, has been planting his roots in his now home, New York, where he was a 4-year resident at Brooklyn’s iconic, Output. As a selector, he’s been requested by New York’s finest crews, such as Cityfox, ReSolute, BlkMarket, Member’s Only and continues to curate his own Touch of Class label showcases worldwide.
Today, Zuniga and music partner, NIKITA (listed, PLAY) produce an international music experience called LIVING.us. Their events started as an underground in Brooklyn, and they’ve taken the brand to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, and Europe for Amsterdam Dance Event for the past two years. In 2018, WeArePulse declared LIVING as one of the best events of the week!
As Zuniga’s reputation continues to garner attention for the maturity of his sound coupled with an uncanny ability to create instantly accessible dancefloor vibes, he occupies a unique position in the musical ecosystem. Independent of any hip or hyped musical movements. With releases on Nervous Records, Leftroom, Culprit, Wolf + Lamb, Serkal, and his own Touch of Class, he is now working diligently in the studio on his solo and LIVING project, while also co-operating the Touch of Class Records label. An imprint dedicated to presenting timeless music appreciated by any connoisseur of sound.
