About this Event

Join us on November 8th from 6-8PM at YWCA (735 E. Lexington Drive, Glendale) for a special National STEAM DAY Event. This is your chance to see what girls have been learning in our program and to participate in a fun project together!

Guest Instructor Debra Ansell will be leading families through a hands on simple circuitry project. Participants will create an interactive, colorful LED Light-Up Tote Bag that will change colors as a reaction to ambient noise. All individual family members will have the opportunity to integrate their own LEDs in their custom designed tote bag.

This is a family event, limited to 10 families with a cap of 4 members each. Dinner and all materials will be provided. Masks and social distancing will be practiced. All staff and instructors are fully vaccinated. Registration is required. Don't miss out on this special event for the whole family!
