Join Young Women’s Alliance (YWA) for an exclusive workout at SWEAT440 Zilker! This event is open to women interested in building community, meeting YWA members, and learning more about our organization.
SWEAT440 is one of the most convenient and effective workouts around, with classes starting every 10 minutes. The 40-minute, 4-station workout combines HIIT cardio, cross-training, and strength training—designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.

The studio is located beneath the Cole Apartments, with the entrance facing South Lamar. Enjoy 90 minutes of free parking in the garage (entrance on Toomey Rd). Be sure to validate your parking inside the studio.
