This event is open to everyone! There are two different yoga classes and each class requires a separate ticket purchase. All proceeds will go to Team Memphis Rescue and Support. Team Memphis helps abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs in need all over our city. They often take in the at risk dogs at MAS that are facing euthanasia. Check them out at

10am: Kids yoga ages 5-10. This will be a 45 min class with Christmas music and fun. Kids are encouraged to wear Christmas pjs but without footies. Parents are welcome to join but a separate ticket will need to be purchased for each person. There are 15 spots available for this class. (Parents are welcome to run an errand or wait in lobby.)
11am- All levels yoga adult/teen class- (13 years old and up) beginners are welcome. It’s an hour long class and will be focusing on relaxing and unwinding from holiday stress. Christmas sweater or tshirts are encouraged. There are 15 spots available for this class.
**Any other donations such as food, toys, treats, etc are welcome!**
There will be a complimentary hot chocolate and cookie bar in lobby.

*Feel free to bring your own mat and props but there will mats and props provided.*
