Sound Bath - Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion to release the heaviness of the year and welcome the peace of winter.
Yule Log Ritual — Gather around the glowing hearth to honor the turning of the seasons. Set your intentions and prepare your own Yule Log ready for the light returning, and release what no longer serves you into the flame at Winter Solstice.
Seasonal Comforts - Enjoy mulled wine, herbal teas, and a festive offering from Chakra Food Swansea.
