About this Event
Welcome to the YuKo Day Stretch and Flex event! Join the Yuko family in this beginner friendly Hatha yoga class , that promotes stability to your mind, body, and spirit. We believe yoga is essential and necessary for healing. During this session we provide an hour class, fresh herbal tea, food, and music. Feel free to bring your mats and healing crystals. Yoga provided by @yogibabe3, herbal tea provided by @devaughnjackson, food provided by @chefchampagne_ , and music provided by @souf.
