You will go deeper into valuable facilitation skills for groups. yoga history, yoga philosophy; 8 limbs of yoga Patanjali Sutras, mudras and learn how to facilitate sound healing breathwork and cacao ceremonies. How to facilitate Usui Reiki healing sessions and learn advanced pranayama. Enjoy breathwork journeys, cacao ceremony, Kirtan mantra circle with incredible musicians and sound healing journeys in this program with Bend it like Buddha Yoga Algarve school.
