You will go deeper into valuable facilitation skills for groups. yoga history yoga philosophy; 8 limbs of yoga Patanjali Sutras mudras and learn how to facilitate sound healing breathwork and cacao ceremonies. How to facilitate Usui Reiki healing sessions and learn advanced pranayama.
