Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May! Join Sam and Danielle on Sunday May 5th from 3:00-4:00 pm for a blissful Slow Flow at Healium Hot Yoga Bay View.
Each of us are unique and special in our own individual ways. Follow your bliss, is a slow flow class intended to help you find your version of bliss. Throughout the class we will guide you to find the most comfortable asana positioning for your unique body. We hope to bring you to a place of comfort, relaxation, and acceptance of your own wonderful self. We will close out the practice with a few restorative poses to lock in the comforting feeling of bliss. Join Danielle and Samantha on this journey into finding out what feels good for YOU!
This class will not be heated.
Donate $5, $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community.
