Join us for a special community yoga class led by our passionate Yoga Teacher Training students as they step into their role as teachers. This class is the culmination of their hard work, dedication, and growth — and your presence makes a difference!
Each student will guide a section of the class:
Grounding + Breathwork
Energizing Flow
Integration + Savasana
