The multi-talented Jerevieux will be sharing live music. And Sarah-Lana will be teaching the yoga sequences and chiming in with vocals.

Schedule:

• Yoga Session (75 minutes):
  Led by Sarah-Lana, the yoga class will focus on gentle flow and restorative poses. Suitable for all levels, this session aims to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
• Live Music Performance:
  Enjoy the magic of live music by Jerevieux's enchanting tunes throughout the class. The selection will include acoustic sounds, gentle rhythms, and ambient melodies that elevate your yoga experience, helping you to deepen your practice.
• Kombucha Tasting & Social Time (30 minutes):
  After yoga, unwind with delicious, locally sourced kombucha flavors. This bubbly, fermented tea is packed with probiotics and makes for a refreshing post-class treat. Connect with fellow participants, share your experiences, and enjoy some light conversation in a relaxed environment.
