Join us as the Alumni Wind Ensemble performs alongside our current YSU Wind Ensemble and Concert Band at Powers Auditorium on Sunday, October 5, 2025. This event brings together a special performance while we reconnect and celebrate the Dana School of Music!
Students and alumni will be performing the piece “A Spiritual Symphony” by Benjamin Horne. This composition draws inspiration from traditional African American spirituals, blending heartfelt melodies and rhythms that create an emotional and uplifting experience for both players and listeners.
