CMB will dedicate this time to create a safe environment that promotes healthy lifestyles for 100 young people. Also, as a community, we need to acknowledge the increasing struggles of mental health amongst teens, and unhealthy lifestyles for our youth. This day is to encourage and motivate youth to live healthy lifestyles while acknowledging their mental health status. Parents may participate and be in attendance with their youth. Youth will get to experience some inspirational vibes from some of South Florida's hip hop, reggae, and gospel talent.
- Youth will be able to participate in a push-up contest or a burpee contest.
- Youth will be able to win prizes in a raffle.
