About this Event
4 Week Class — Ages 10-14
This structured Weightlifting class focuses on barbell technique specifically with lifts such as the clean, snatch, and jerk, as well as gym etiquette, and overall athleticism. Attendance of this class can be simply to learn the basics, or with the potential to advance the athlete into our gyms beginner program and coaching hours.
Attendance of this class can bypass the required (3) 1:1 Sessions ($300) needed to advance to coaching hours. Athlete must still demonstrate self sufficiency, responsibility, and coachability to advance.
This specific class will last 4 weeks
-SESSION 1: Starts June 4
-SESSION 2: Starts July 9
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm(8 total classes)
