About this Event
The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods' will be hosting a Youth Violence Prevention Training. OSHN is excited to work along several of our wonderful Community partners including Louisville Parks & Recreation, Whitney Strong, Louisville Metro Public Health & Wellness, and NAMI Louisville! Through OSHN, over 1,000 concerned citizens in Louisville have completed educational trainings. The training is designed to provide knowledge and skills needed for community members to make a difference in their neighborhoods. The October 3rd training content will include Narcan Taining, CPR, Suicide Prevention / Mental Health , and Stop The Bleed.
Participants will gain skills to take action and play their part in violence prevention. The Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods and their community partners are confident that your participation in the Youth Violence Prevention Training will be instrumental in our collaborative effort to create a safer Louisville.
