About this Event
The Mental Health & Tobacco Youth Summit will highlight the important connection between emotional well-being and healthy choices. Students will explore how stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges can influence substance use, including tobacco and vaping. Through interactive activities and real conversations, participants will learn strategies to manage stress, support friends, and make positive decisions for their future. This session is designed to empower youth with knowledge, resources, and tools to strengthen both their mental health and their commitment to a tobacco-free lifestyle.
