About this Event
Participants ages 7 - 13 will engage in various exercises to target muscle groups throughout the body. MVP's workouts are designed to increase strength, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility, power, explosiveness, core strength, hip mobility, and speed, ensuring a well-rounded development for your child.
Training:
- 3-days per week on Tue, Thurs, Sat
- Cost: $250/4-week session
Workout Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Includes hill workouts at a local hill)
Duration:
- Session 1 - 10/1 - 10/26
- Session 2 - 10/29 - 11/23
- Session 3 - 11/26 - 12/21
