About this Event
Join us at Out West Training for a fun-filled camp focused on improving athletic skills and overall fitness for sports including basketball, baseball, softball, hocky, wrestling, football and soccer!
Our experienced coaches will lead athletes through a variety of drills and exercises to enhance speed, agility, strength, power, biomechanics, endurance plus some fun and games. Whether your child is a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this camp is designed to help them reach their full potential.
Your kids will learn better ways to move bodies for spring sports like minded kids who want to work hard and take this opportunity to train like a pro and take their game to the next level!
When:
We are offering 2 sessions, March 14th + 15th or March 20th + 21st from 10am-12pm.
Ages 8-18 welcome to join. We are offering 2 sessions, March 14th + 15th or March 20th + 21st from 10am-12pm.
We need a minimim of 6 kids and will cap each camp at 16 kids.
Fees:
Just $75 per child and only $30 for OWT members!
