PORTLAND PEEPS! ?☺️April is National Poetry Month, and Multnomah County Library @multnomahcountylibrary will be hosting @thepoetladyrose to teach poetry workshops for teens and adults at several library branches throughout the month!
Dates, times, and locations of the workshops are listed below, and as always, offerings at the library are FREE! Registration with your library card is required.

About the workshops:
Petals and Thorns Poetry Workshop: Anatomy of a Poem is a workshop that was created for beginner and seasoned writers and poets who are interested in exploring the craft of poetry. Come be in community, get those thoughts out, and share your love of expression! During the workshop, participants will take a deeper look at literary devices/tools and artistic choices used to craft poetry. Participants will be given time to begin their own poem, using topics discussed in class as writing starting points.
