Youth Olympic Weightlifting - Afterschool Sessions

We are a British Weightlifting Licensed club with fully licensed coaches.

Our sessions are perfect for young people who are interested in trying out a new sport or are already partaking in weightlifting.
Opportunities to compete in house and nationally
In house safeguarding lead
Suitable from 8 to 16 years old.
Parents / carers welcome!
Only £5 per youth.

Our afterschool sessions are a great way to stay active and healthy while having fun with your friends. You'll be challenged both physically and mentally, and you'll leave each session feeling stronger and more confident.
