About this Event
This evidence based course qualifies you as a Youth Mental Health First Aider. You will leave the course with increased knowledge of what might cause emotional & mental distress, spotting the signs of distress, enhanced listening skills leading to helpful and supportive conversations. Led by an experienced counsellor with extensive experience of working with emotional and mental distress. Previous feedback: "Excellent course, expertly facilitated.....Great content too.
