About this Event

This class is for youth between the ages of 12 and 18 years of age who want to learn to sew. Instructor Brenda Shelby will teach students the basics of using a sewing machine. After sewing machine skills are learned, students will cut and sew a rail fence block. Students will learn to sandwich their block and quilt in the ditch. If time allows students will sew the binding on their quilt and leave with a finished quilt block. All supplies including a sewing machine will be provided. Lunch is also included.
