The Youth In Harmony Workshop has become a yearly tradition for the OK City Chorus, bringing together treble singers ages 12 to 18 (middle school up to college-age), from all across Oklahoma and nearby states. Participants receive music and learning tracks ahead of time to help them prepare.This full-day workshop is packed with opportunities to grow as a performer— sectional rehearsals, classes on barbershop history and visual presentation, and riser rehearsals with movement and staging.
The event wraps up with a high-energy performance alongside the OK City Chorus. The YIH Chorus will take the stage to perform the song they’ve worked on during the workshop.
Registration is just $20 and includes lunch and a T-shirt.
