Sample Schedule:

9:00-9:15: greet and introductions, daily theme

9:20-10:20: warm up & ball handling - all kids

10:20-10:30: break into smaller groups by age with coach

10:30-12:00: positioning & passing, defensive work

12:00-12:45: lunch break

12:55-2:00: positioning & passing, offensive work

2:00-2:50: team games (kings court, bump, sharks & minnows, knockout)

2:50-3:00: hustle awards & wrap up
