About this Event
At the Youth Fitness Summer Camp, kids can look forward to an exhilarating blend of physical activity, skill-building, and fun. An exciting 5 day camp full of training and traditional summer camp experiences! Here are some details about what parents can expect their kids will be doing during the week:
-Attendees will receive professional coaching to improve their skills. From cartwheels, balancing, bar skills and flips, they’ll learn and refine techniques.
- Attendees will partake in strength training and flexibility exercises to enhance overall fitness.
-Fun activities like running, jumping, and dancing keeping them active.
-Attendees will navigate through exciting obstacle courses that test agility and coordination.
-Friendly competitions to keep the energy high.
-Team Building experiences that foster teamwork and camaraderie.
-Kids can express their creativity by making fitness-themed crafts and creating memories that will last a lifetime!
-Snacks will NOT be provided except one day will be an ice-cream day!
Camp Sessions are 2 hour sessions per day. Monday through Friday: July 15th through 19th

Group A: 10am-12pm Monday through Friday(July 15th - 19th) Ages 7-124; IW Atago
Group B: 2pm-4pm Monday through Friday(July 15th - 19th) Ages 5-6; IW Atago
Group C: 530pm-730pm Monday through Friday(July 15th - 19th)Ages 7-124; IW Atago
